All Tiny Wheels products are made to order. Product images are for illustration; minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur as each item is individually crafted. Our beds are designed for pets — they are not children's toys.

3. Orders

By placing an order you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or contain errors in pricing or product information. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may change at any time without notice. Payment is processed securely at checkout; we never store your full payment details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates in business days and are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Tiny Wheels is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Customs duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Because products are made to order, returns for change of mind are not accepted once production begins. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
