Every Tiny Wheels bed is made to order — crafted especially for your dog once you place your order. Please read the timelines below before purchasing.
Free Worldwide Shipping
We offer FREE shipping worldwide on all orders — no minimum purchase required.
Please note: we currently do not ship to India or Pakistan.
Order Timeline (business days)
- Crafting: 10–15 business days — your bed is made to order
- Processing: 2–5 business days — quality check and packaging
- Shipping: 5–15 business days depending on destination
Total estimated delivery: 17–35 business days from the date of purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take a few days to update after dispatch.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours of ordering.
Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days after the estimated delivery window, contact us at Tinywheelsco@outlook.com and we will investigate with the carrier. Confirmed lost packages receive a free replacement or full refund.
